Open-Box/Like New:

• The item is in its original packaging or has been opened but shows no signs of use. In some cases original packaging might be damaged or missing!
• All accessories and documentation are included.

Refurbished

Thoroughly tested for quality and function and, if necessary, parts are replaced or repaired. Looks and works like new. All accessories included

Used Excellent:

• The item is pre-owned but shows minimal signs of use.
• There may be minor cosmetic blemishes, such as small scratches or scuffs, but they are barely noticeable.
• All functions and features work perfectly.
• All accessories and documentation are included.
• The item has been well-maintained and is in excellent working condition.

Used Very Good:

• The item is pre-owned and shows moderate signs of use.
• There may be visible cosmetic wear, such as scratches, scuffs, or dents, but they do not affect functionality.
• All functions and features work properly.
• All essential accessories are included, although non-essential ones may be missing.
• The item has been regularly used but is still in good working condition.

Used Good:

• The item is pre-owned and shows significant signs of use.
• There are noticeable cosmetic blemishes, such as scratches, scuffs, dents, or discoloration, but they do not affect functionality.
• All essential functions and features work adequately.
• Some accessories may be missing or non-essential.
• The item has been used extensively but is still in a usable condition.

Used Acceptable:

• The item is pre-owned and shows considerable signs of use and wear but is still functional
• There are noticeable cosmetic imperfections, such as deep scratches, large scuffs, dents, or discoloration, but they do not impair functionality.
• Some functions or features may have minor issues, but the item still works adequately.
• Essential accessories may be missing or non-essential.
• The item has been heavily used and may require some additional attention or maintenance.

Salvage:

Item inspected and appears to be unfunctional and might require repair or may be used for parts. Sales are final under this category. 30-days warranty is NOT applicable for items listed as salvage!

- Items with accessories such as chargers, extensions, crevice tools, etc. will be shown in listing pictures. If pictures doesn't include such accessories, then those accessories are not included!

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

2. Not as Described: If the item you received does not match the description provided on our website, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

• The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was received, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
• Items must show no signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@anmliquidation.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Warranty Policy

All of our products, including new and open-box items, are covered by a 30-day warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage Includes:
